CODECISION LIMITED (hereinafter — "We" or "CODECISION") welcomes you to the OmgFun platform (the "Service"), where you can meet, chat, and exchange messages with other users in real-time video chats.

These Community Guidelines (the "Rules") are designed to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone. By using OmgFun, you agree to comply with these Rules. If you cannot abide by them, we kindly ask you to discontinue using the Service immediately.

Our moderators monitor compliance around the clock and reserve the right to immediately remove content or block accounts that violate these standards.

1. Safety, Respect, and Conduct Standards

We require all users to conduct themselves courteously and without aggression. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

1.1. Harassment and Offensive Behavior

• Abusive Language: Using obscene, rude, or offensive language that degrades or insults the other party.
• Threats: Threatening physical harm, injury, or otherwise intimidating users in any form.
• Discrimination: Any form of discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, gender, age, disability, or appearance.
• Offensive Gestures: Displaying gestures widely regarded as obscene (e.g., the middle finger).

1.2. Prohibited Spaces and Attire

• Inappropriate Settings: Using the video chat in highly personal settings like lavatories or bathrooms, which may lead to misinterpretations.
• Dress Code: Appearing improperly dressed. Please avoid removing your shirt, appearing in underwear, or being undressed. Consider the chat a public gathering.

2. No Explicit or Sexually Provocative Content

OmgFun is a platform for social connection, not for the display of sexually explicit material. The following is strictly forbidden:

2.1. Video and Body Exposure

• Nudity: Appearing naked, in underwear, or partially nude.
• Intimate Areas: Exposing any intimate body parts or areas below the chest, even if covered by clothing.
• Provocative Actions: Making gestures or taking actions that may be considered obscene or sexually provocative (e.g., licking lips, touching intimate parts of the body).
• Solicitation: Proposing or soliciting sexual behavior, undressing, or revealing intimate body parts to the person you are chatting with.

2.2. Text and Emojis

• Explicit Slang: Using words, expressions, or slang affiliated with sexually provocative language.
• Sexual Emojis: Sending emojis or combinations of emojis that commonly imply sexual meaning.

3. Age Restrictions and Minor Safety

Our primary concern is protecting minors.

• Adult Use Only: The OmgFun Service is intended exclusively for adult users (age 18 or older) as determined by the legal age in their country.
• Zero Tolerance: Minors are strictly prohibited from using our Service, even with parental or guardian consent or supervision.
• Reporting Minors: If you encounter a minor in the anonymous video chat, you must immediately report them to our moderators for swift action.

4. Spam, Advertising, and Misuse of the Stream

The purpose of OmgFun is direct, one-on-one communication. Any form of self-promotion or distraction is strictly prohibited:

4.1. Commercial and Promotional Activity

• Advertising: Displaying images or sending messages with promotional or commercial content.
• Spamming: Sending bulk messages or the same message repeatedly to multiple users.
• Links & External Calls: Sending any external links (including social profiles or videos) or asking interlocutors to perform online actions (like, subscribe, visit a website, etc.).

4.2. Video Integrity

• External Screens: Directing the camera towards screens of TVs, computers, phones, or any display device, regardless of the content being shown (this includes streaming video games).
• Altering Service Operation: Employing external software (add-ons, plugins, bots, scripts, etc.) to modify how the Service functions or to compromise user data security.

5. Reporting Violations and Moderation

You are a critical part of maintaining a secure environment.

5.1. How to Report

• Like any other participant, you can report violations against your interlocutor. When you submit a complaint, our moderators receive a screenshot of the interlocutor's video stream and any recent messages they sent.
• Every report is thoroughly scrutinized by a human moderator who decides if the user should be banned. Moderators monitor complaints 24/7.

5.2. Consequences of Violation

• Automatic Bans: Our system automatically bans users who receive multiple complaints in a short duration. This helps identify difficult-to-detect violations and is based on numerous factors to exclude accidental bans.
• No Reciprocation: If someone breaks the Rules or behaves offensively, do not respond in kind. Responding with offensive behavior will make you a violator as well, leading to a possible ban. Respond by reporting them only.
• Device Responsibility: You are held solely responsible for all content transmitted from your device. Any violation caused by a friend or relative using your device is considered your own violation.

5.3. Recommendations for a Positive Experience

• Keep Face Visible: Ensure your face is clearly visible in the camera frame. Hiding your face while seeing others is not fair to your chat partners.
• Good Lighting: Chat in a well-lit environment to ensure clear visibility.
• Mind Your Surroundings: Pay attention to what is caught on camera. Ensure everything in the camera's view complies with the Rules.
